KMCCS is a body corporate registered in 2012 under MSCS Act 2002.

The head office and registered office of the Society is located at Thekkanatt Arcade,Nagampadam,S H Mount P O,Kottayam, Kerala. A 21 member Board of Directors oversee the operations of the Society.
